Information for Prospective Homeowners

Prospective homeowners must submit an application to live at The Cliffs, and it must be accepted before the applicant can take possession of a home. The application process includes criminal background and credit checks, and requires documentation of income and meeting certain minimum income standards. Application can be made either before or after making an offer on a home. The park manager can supply the prospective homeowner with the application form and answer any questions. There is no application fee. You can also access the online application here.

Space rent for new lessees at this time is $1,787 per month in the Lower Cliffs and $1,837 per month in the Upper Cliffs. Prospective homeowners are offered a one-year lease.
